Member of the Supervisory Board, Digital Transformation & Data

The Company is seeking a Member of the Supervisory Board with a focus on Digital Transformation and Data. This part-time role is pivotal in overseeing the implementation of a robust ten-year strategy that includes significant investments in digitalization, medical technology, and real estate. The successful candidate will be part of a comprehensive oversight body, working closely with the Executive Board to ensure the strategic and operational alignment of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in a sector other than healthcare, with demonstrable knowledge and experience in digital transformation, and a clear vision of the impact of AI, data, and technology on processes, staff, and patients in a hospital setting. The role demands a supervisor with a strong, authoritative presence, capable of engaging in critical and constructive dialogue about the opportunities and risks of digitalization and AI. The candidate should be socially engaged, possess an inspiring, innovative perspective, and be unafraid to think outside the box. Experience in broad operational management issues, as well as an understanding of strategic choices regarding digitalization at the executive level, is essential. The position also requires familiarity with data governance, information and IT security, and the ethical aspects of digitalization. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an independent, positively critical attitude, and to advise and question with the aim of fostering the organization's digital transformation.
