Member of the Supervisory Board, Hospital Management

The Company is seeking a Member of the Supervisory Board with a hospital management profile. The board oversees executive policy and the organization’s overall direction, with upcoming priorities including implementing a long-term strategy, transforming care, and supporting team development. The successful candidate will contribute critically and constructively to governance, including strategic investments, organizational development, and collaboration with regional partners. They will balance acting as a sounding board with providing appropriate oversight and direction. Candidates must have demonstrable managerial experience in hospital care, gained outside a current hospital management role, and experience leading transformation or transition processes. Broad knowledge of business operations and a strong understanding of developments in healthcare are required. The ideal candidate can develop a perspective on strategic issues, maintain an appropriate balance between involvement and independence, and bring a decisive, constructive, and socially engaged approach.
