About the Role

The Company is seeking a part-time member of the Supervisory Board with a focus on HR and transformation. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the organization's progress towards a healthy financial position, strong regional presence, and future-proofing. This includes contributing to the establishment of a governance philosophy that guides leadership, decision-making, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, organizational development, and change management, with experience in societal transformation, particularly in healthcare, the social domain, or a similar public sector. They should be empathetic, relationship-oriented, and team players, capable of providing valuable supervisory input and engaging in a critical yet constructive dialogue with the Executive Director. Applicants for this role must have an academic level of working and thinking, excellent communication and social skills, and a strong affinity with the social interest, particularly in the mental healthcare sector. The role requires the ability to balance involvement with managerial distance, support the Executive Board, and assess the organization's policies and performance. The candidate should be innovative, entrepreneurial, and open to self-reflection, with a commitment to the values of integrity, responsibility, and independence. The position also demands sufficient time, availability, and flexibility to fulfill the responsibilities of a Supervisory Board member.
