The Company is seeking a new member for its Supervisory Board with a focus on real estate and finance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the organization's substantial real estate challenge over the next decade, which includes the renewal, merging, renovation, and sustainability upgrades of multiple locations. This process demands not only significant investments in accommodation but also a radical organizational change to align with a more compact real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in portfolio and asset management, as well as in the financing of social real estate, and will be instrumental in shaping the real estate strategy, investments, and governance in line with the company's broader transformation. As a member of the Supervisory Board, the role is to be a supervisor and sparring partner, with a specific focus on the impact of accommodation choices on the strategic goals of the company and the future-oriented education it provides. The candidate should be motivated by education and the target group of secondary vocational education, and be prepared to introduce relevant strategic perspectives that inspire the Board and the Executive Board. Independence, integrity, and a commitment to the values of the company are essential. The position also requires a liaison role with the Works Council, delving into the interests of employees, and ensuring that the issues surrounding real estate and accommodation remain a priority. The candidate is expected to be responsible, cheerful, constructively critical, and connecting, with a strong sense of commitment and drive.
