Partner, CFO Services

The Company is seeking a Partner for its CFO Services, a role that demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance, reporting, data, performance management, cash flow optimization, or M&A. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, commercial growth, and development of the CFO Services solution, with a focus on transformation support to make finance departments more efficient, data-driven, and future-proof. This includes identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, restructuring finance processes, and introducing new ways of working, all supported by appropriate technology. The role also involves interim executive financial leadership and the recruitment of forward-thinking CFOs through the Executive Search team. Applicants must have over 20 years of work experience, with at least 15 years in consultancy and strategic issues, and a proven track record of managing and expanding a similar business unit. A university degree in business administration, economics, or engineering is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong C-level network, be a recognized thought leader in the CFO services field, and possess the strategic and commercial leadership skills to drive the growth of the solution. Personal traits should include a strong intrinsic drive to make an impact, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to influence decision-making and achieve results. The role requires a leader who is energetic, curious, and ambitious, with the ability to set challenging goals and lead complex change processes for clients.
