Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a strong operational focus on the implementation and execution of information and cyber security, risk management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background in a complex or regulated organization, be adept at translating security strategies into practical solutions, and be passionate about fostering a security-conscious culture. The CISO will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the company's security practices align with industry standards and legal requirements, including NIS2 and ISO 27001. This role demands a business-oriented security profile with a robust technical understanding of IT and cyber security, as well as experience in operational technology (OT). Key responsibilities for the CISO at the company include building and maintaining a systematic risk management function, driving the cybersecurity strategy, and setting security requirements for IT, OT, and external suppliers. The successful candidate will also be tasked with promoting collaboration across the organization, leading and developing the security team, and effectively communicating security matters to the group management. A strong leader is essential, capable of creating a common direction, clear priorities, and progress within the department.
