Vice President of Human Resources

Greater Atlanta, GA Area (Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead and direct the North American HR and Labor Relations teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with corporate functional leaders to execute business strategy, manage day-to-day HR needs, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This role involves overseeing business partnership, employee relations, and labor relations functions, as well as leading initiatives such as talent reviews and succession planning. The VP will also be tasked with resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and administering collective bargaining agreements. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in HR within large, complex organizations, with a focus on leading a distributed team and labor relations experience that includes collective bargaining agreement negotiations. A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's or advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employee and labor relations, performance management, organizational development, and change management. Proficiency in HR-related computer programs is essential, and SHRM certification is a plus. The role demands the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effective communication, and the capacity to influence and engage business partners.
