Executive Director, Senior Living

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its senior living community. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing and directing the day-to-day functions and operations of the community, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents, and maintaining the community's financial stability. The Executive Director will also be responsible for creating a harmonious working environment for all associates, in accordance with all regulations and company policies. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a senior living operation is required. The role involves recruiting, hiring, and managing staff, as well as collaborating with the sales team to promote the community. The ideal candidate will have a current state/federal/local required certification or license, First Aid Certification, and clear background checks as per government regulations. The Executive Director will be expected to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, maintain a safe and secure environment, and be proactive in identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
