Vice President of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to set technical vision and operational strategy in alignment with organizational goals and industry developments. The role leads multidisciplinary teams delivering high-performance systems and solutions, and partners with stakeholders to execute complex projects. Responsibilities include overseeing system design, development, and integration; managing program milestones and risks; and establishing effective engineering processes. The Vice President will also guide recruitment and team structure, collaborate with clients and suppliers, and promote innovation and continuous improvement. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and have at least 10 years of senior engineering leadership experience. Required qualifications include expertise in system design, development, and integration, along with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex engineering projects. Familiarity with industry requirements and manufacturing scale-up processes is important; experience in technology, aerospace, robotics, or advanced systems engineering is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential, as is the ability to obtain or maintain any required certifications or clearances.
