Vice President of Operations, Millwork

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to spearhead the enhancement of its operational efficiency and overall business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning and improving processes across project management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation. This role demands a leader with a strong background in project-driven manufacturing, particularly in the areas of architectural millwork, commercial casework, or custom manufacturing, and a proven track record in leading multiple operational functions. Key responsibilities include operational leadership, project execution, engineering and production coordination, manufacturing performance, delivery and installation, financial performance, systems and process improvement, leadership development, and customer relationship management. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should possess significant leadership experience in a relevant manufacturing environment and a deep understanding of engineered-to-order manufacturing. The role requires a candidate with a hands-on, ownership-oriented leadership style, capable of balancing strategic planning with practical execution.
