Head of Logistics & Business Development

The Company is seeking a Head of Logistics & Business Development to lead and optimize national and international logistics and transport operations while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, improving service quality and efficiency, managing relationships with providers and suppliers, and leading operational teams. The role also involves monitoring performance indicators, driving cost optimization and process improvements, and identifying opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on long-term objectives. Candidates should have senior leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, including managing complex operations and teams. A track record of improving efficiency and service performance, along with experience managing external providers and strategic partners, is required. Commercial awareness and exposure to business development or customer management are also important. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills are needed, as is fluency in Spanish and English.
