Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and guide its technology and innovation strategy in alignment with business objectives. The role leads technical teams across architecture, development, data and AI, and infrastructure, while overseeing budgets, priorities, and resource planning. Responsibilities include ensuring solutions and platforms are scalable, secure, high-quality, and compliant; supporting consulting teams with proposals and project delivery; and managing technology partners and suppliers. The CTO will also promote consistent methodologies and continuous improvement, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Candidates should have at least 10 years of technology experience, including five or more years in senior technology leadership, preferably in consulting, IT services, or software environments. They should have a track record of managing technical teams and defining technology roadmaps, along with strong knowledge of cloud architecture, data platforms, security, and enterprise digital transformation. Experience with AI or generative AI and international work is an advantage. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, ownership, delegation, and listening skills are required, as is excellent English. A degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field is preferred.
