Assistant Vice President, Cost Management Analyst Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Cost Management Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new datasets that link suppliers to operational costs and revenue, supporting customer-centric decisions on cost-reduction initiatives. This role also involves the development of Total Cost of Ownership models, regular liaison with a broad range of stakeholders, and collaboration with data experts to ensure reliable data that supports service quality and delivery. The Assistant Vice President will be expected to lead initiatives that promote strong data management and quality practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain appropriate data tools, standards, frameworks, and templates. Applicants for this role should have more than 7 years of hands-on analytics experience, with a proven track record of using data to solve complex business problems and effectively communicating findings to both business and senior stakeholders. Experience in creating frameworks for continuous technical learning and a background in cost management within a financial institution, regulatory agency, or major consulting firm is highly beneficial. The role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Project management experience, as well as proficiency in relational databases, SQL, Python, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, are essential. Data visualization experience using tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI, and a proven ability to build dashboards for senior management, are also highly valued.
