The Company is seeking a Senior Assistant Vice President for Technology Operations and AI Governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end availability, performance, security, and resilience of various technology platforms, with a focus on delivering agreed SLAs and enhancing user and client experience. This role involves leading technology operations governance, capacity planning, and major incident and problem management, as well as identifying and prioritizing business and operational AI use cases. The AVP will also be tasked with partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and scale AI capabilities, ensuring responsible AI governance, and driving measurable benefits.
