The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Data Services Delivery AI Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise data engineering, integration, reporting, and analytics solutions across cloud and on-premises platforms. Responsibilities include integrating data from disparate systems, building semantic layers and data pipelines, developing dashboards, and translating business requirements into technical designs. The role also involves applying AI-assisted engineering and automation, supporting data quality and testing, resolving defects, optimizing platform performance, and establishing development standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions and review development work for quality and consistency. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with substantial experience leading data and reporting solutions. Required expertise includes BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau, data modeling, cloud data warehouses and lakes, and AWS services; experience with report migration and modern data pipelines is also expected. Candidates should bring hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and working knowledge of agentic AI, prompt engineering, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and responsible AI practices. Familiarity with data virtualization, governance, security, and Agile delivery is valuable, as are strong communication and collaboration skills.
