The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President for Password Management Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the deployment, operation, automation, and continuous enhancement of the organization's enterprise password management platform. This role demands a technical leader with a strong background in password vault and privileged access management solutions, AWS cloud deployments, infrastructure automation, and secure operations, particularly within highly regulated or air-gapped environments. The AVP will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the platform, from architecture to support, and will be expected to drive operational excellence through automation and innovation. Key responsibilities for the AVP include platform ownership, engineering and automation, product enhancement, stakeholder and service management, and operations and support. The ideal candidate should have 12 to 15 years of experience in relevant engineering roles, with a focus on enterprise password management, secrets management, or PAM solutions. Proficiency in AWS, Python scripting, CI/CD, Docker, and IaC is essential. The role also requires a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline and a strong commitment to security, operational stability, and business agility. Experience in highly regulated, isolated, or air-gapped cloud environments, as well as relevant security and AWS certifications, is a plus. The AVP will be expected to have a customer-first approach, a continuous learning mindset, and a proven ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
