Associate Vice President, Agentic AI Engineer Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is in search of an AVP - Agentic AI Engineer to join their GenAI Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will be a technical leader with a strong background in architecting agentic systems and event-driven platforms. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the architecture and optimization of advanced multi-agent workflows, setting and enforcing runtime, SRE/DevOps, and reliability standards for agentic systems, and defining A2A protocol and connector sandbox isolation standards. The role also involves collaborating with architects and product owners to translate platform roadmaps into runtime capabilities, leading technical hiring and coaching, and driving the adoption of emerging technologies in AI system engineering. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 8-14 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in agentic AI, distributed systems, or orchestration platforms. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern programming languages such as Java, Go, or C++ is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical mentorship, incident response leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, as well as deep expertise in A2A protocols, runtime environments, and cloud-native DevOps practices. Familiarity with enterprise security, IAM/RBAC, and sandboxing in cloud environments is also essential.
