Associate Vice President, Employee Experience HR ServiceNow Lead Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead and continuously improve its employee experience platform. The role involves translating HR priorities into a simple, scalable employee experience by overseeing the portal, workflows, self-service, and product governance. The successful candidate will lead the global knowledge management strategy, set standards for content ownership and quality, and use employee feedback, case data, and analytics to identify improvements. They will also manage the enhancement roadmap, releases, testing, incidents, and change decisions, while partnering with HR and technology stakeholders to maintain platform stability, compliance, and effective adoption. Candidates should have experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, along with knowledge management and business process automation expertise. They should be able to configure the platform, translate business needs into design requirements, and establish sustainable processes for ongoing support and maintenance. Experience in a fast-paced, changing global organization and leading customer relationships on change requests is required; experience supporting an engineering community is an advantage. The role also calls for experience leading specialist teams and providing guidance that strengthens employee experience capabilities.
