Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to define and execute its technology vision and roadmap. The role leads engineering, architecture, platform, data, and security functions, while driving AI and automation initiatives and scaling teams and delivery processes. The CTO will ensure technology platforms are reliable, scalable, performant, and secure, and partner with business and product stakeholders to support growth. Responsibilities also include evaluating emerging technologies and building a future-ready technology organization. Candidates should have 12–20+ years of technology leadership experience, including prior experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, or Technology Director. Strong expertise in SaaS, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and product engineering is required, along with experience using major cloud platforms. Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and DevOps is expected. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled engineering teams and brings strategic execution, strong stakeholder communication, talent development, and commercial understanding of product, revenue, and customer impact.
