Vice President, Financial Analysis, Global Real Estate Finance Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Analysis to provide financial and strategic analysis for its global real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating budgets and forecasts, managing profit-and-loss and balance-sheet reporting, and preparing executive presentations and business reviews. The role analyzes variances, trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers, while improving management reporting and supporting ad hoc analysis. The successful candidate will partner with regional teams, accounting, and real estate functions to ensure forecast accuracy and identify efficiencies. Candidates should have experience in financial modeling and forecasting, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to analyze large datasets and communicate conclusions clearly to senior leaders. Strong organization, adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required. Experience using approved AI and generative AI tools is also required. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least nine years of experience are preferred, along with real estate finance experience; familiarity with data analytics and financial systems is an advantage.
