The Company is seeking a Vice President for Operational Risk and Third-Party Risk Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the centralized operational risk execution framework that supports the enterprise risk function across various business units. This role involves close partnership with onshore business-aligned risk leads, driving consistent execution, governance, and operationalization of the enterprise operational risk framework. Key responsibilities include overseeing core operational risk management activities such as incident management, key risk indicators, data quality and governance issues, risk and control assessments, and third-party risk coordination. The VP will also be instrumental in establishing process discipline, governance standards, and management reporting across the risk organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk, internal controls, audit, or related disciplines within financial services or asset management. A strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, governance practices, and control environments is essential, as is experience in managing or coordinating third-party risk management programs. The role requires demonstrated experience with RACMs, incidents, KRIs, issue management, and remediation governance. The ideal candidate will have a background in global delivery or offshore/onshore operating models, strong project management and organizational skills, and excellent analytical, communication, and executive reporting capabilities. Experience in complex investment management businesses, particularly in credit and alternative investment platforms, is preferred.
