Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Portfolio Strategy to lead portfolio management and reporting initiatives across a diverse real estate debt portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing performance reports and presentations for senior leaders and external clients, coordinating data and analytics across teams, and developing insights into portfolio activity, composition, and underlying assets. The role will create tools and dynamic models to assess portfolio performance, returns, and risk; maintain key loan metrics; and support business plan reviews and benchmarking. It will also drive reporting and process improvements, strengthen data governance, and collaborate with technology teams to automate workflows and improve data accuracy. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, STEM, or a related field; a CA or CFA is an advantage. At least nine years of relevant experience in analytics, portfolio management, or business strategy is preferred, along with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. The role requires experience managing teams or resources, preparing senior-leadership presentations and reports, and implementing process and technology improvements. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills are required; SQL, VBA, or other programming experience is preferred. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and collaborate effectively across stakeholders are essential.
