The Company is seeking a VP Platform Architecture & Engineering to lead the architectural and engineering transformation of its AI-native platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the transition to an AI-first blueprint, ensuring that the platform's infrastructure, security, data, and product architectures are aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role demands a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between high-level investment objectives and technical execution, with a focus on driving a 6x delivery performance multiplier and maximizing enterprise value. The VP will also be tasked with technical debt rationalization, platform services delivery, and growth acceleration, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance and privacy by design in the data architecture. Applicants for the VP Platform Architecture & Engineering position at the company must have a minimum of 15 years of software engineering and architecture experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth SaaS environment. The role requires deep technical expertise in data architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native ecosystems, and GenAI/Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale platform migrations, platform-as-a-product transformations, and M&A technical integrations. Core competencies include action-oriented systems thinking, an operational elimination mindset, commercial acumen, and executive influence.
