The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, leading the financial and operational aspects of the business. This role is pivotal in the company's growth, with a focus on unifying performance management, reporting, and execution across multiple manufacturing locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including accounting, finance, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, and financial reporting. They will also be instrumental in improving margins, inventory performance, and return on invested capital, and will use data and analytics to drive process efficiency and working capital improvement. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' of relevant finance and accounting experience, with a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role within a manufacturing environment. The role requires a strong command of financial management practices, deep manufacturing experience, and the ability to drive accountability across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a background in multi-site manufacturing, experience in partnering with various operational and supply chain functions, and a demonstrated ability to improve financial visibility and decision support in a growing business. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and executive presence are essential, as is a background in cost accounting and operations finance. The CFO will also be involved in supporting acquisition activities and must be adept at standardizing financial processes across the business.
