The Company is in search of a Senior Managing Director to serve as the Head of Portfolio Management for Systematic Equity. This executive will be at the forefront of leading the U.S. portfolio management team, with a primary focus on ensuring the disciplined execution of investment strategies, portfolio construction, and adherence to client guidelines. The role demands a leader with a strong background in systematic or quantitative equity, capable of driving operational improvements, and with a deep understanding of portfolio construction, risk, and implementation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for client and commercial engagement, product development, and maintaining a strong risk and control culture across all portfolio management activities. Candidates for this role at the company should have 15-20+ years' experience in investment management, particularly in systematic or quantitative equity, and a proven track record of leadership in portfolio management or investment teams. A commercial mindset, client-facing credibility, and the ability to drive operational improvements are essential. The role requires a leader with a strong judgment in regulated environments, a collaborative and results-oriented leadership style, and the ability to foster a high-performing, accountable, and performance-driven culture. A CFA, MBA, or equivalent is strongly preferred, and the candidate should have a solid understanding of U.S. institutional markets, with a focus on talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the portfolio management function.
