Vice President, Corporate Action & ADR Trading Specialist

The Company is seeking a Vice President to join their global team as a Corporate Action and ADR Trading Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the identification, analysis, pricing, and execution of corporate action and ADR-related securities lending opportunities across global markets. This role requires a deep understanding of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, ADR and global depositary receipt structures, and the ability to apply commercial judgment to event-driven pricing and risk-reward decisions. The Vice President will also be expected to manage event-driven positions, evaluate market economics, and partner with regional trading desks to optimize client returns while adhering to risk limits. Applicants for this role at The Company should have 8-10 years' of experience in securities finance, equity finance, or a related market-facing role, with a proven track record in evaluating and executing trades linked to complex corporate actions and depositary receipt activity. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to mentor junior traders and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate elections, settlements, and risk management. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, and proficiency in trading and analytics tools such as QlikView, Bloomberg, Excel/VBA, SQL, and Python is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a continuous-improvement mindset, and be adept at managing multiple high-priority events in a dynamic environment.
