The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Executive Leadership Team and lead the financial, legal, and corporate compliance functions. The CFO will be responsible for the financial direction of the group, combining listed-company financial stewardship with commercial leadership. This includes leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, capital management, treasury, foreign exchange, and the financial side of the M&A program. The successful candidate will also ensure accurate and timely reporting, comply with regulatory obligations, and lead the investor relations and sustainability reporting functions. A key aspect of the role is to build and lead a high-performing, multi-site finance and legal team, driving improvements in finance systems, data, and automation. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and a CA or CPA qualification. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a CFO or senior finance executive, particularly in an ASX-listed company, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven M&A track record, strong capital markets, treasury, and foreign exchange experience, and the ability to lead finance across multiple jurisdictions. Experience in a regulated industry, digital or SaaS businesses, and overseeing a legal function is highly regarded. The role demands a professional with the ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly, bring sound commercial judgment to executive and Board discussions, and work constructively across different businesses and markets.
