Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in company secretarial and governance to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across finance, capital management, commercial activities, and corporate governance. This includes leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as overseeing statutory accounts, audit, and tax. The CFO will also play a key role in supporting capital raisings, investor relations, and debt/equity capital markets activities, and will be a vital partner in strategic planning, financial modeling, and due diligence. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have mandatory experience in ASX-listed and company secretarial roles, with a preference for those who have also been involved in capital raising. The ideal candidate will have significant senior finance and CFO experience, particularly in the areas of capital markets and investor relations, and a background in international and high-growth business. A professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CFA, along with a relevant finance degree and/or MBA, is required. The role demands a strategic, commercially focused, and highly collaborative individual with strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills.
