Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work closely with the CEO, learn the organization’s operations, and lead improvements that support its growth. Responsibilities span production, logistics, sales, and project follow-up, including optimizing processes, inventory, planning, supply chain, and internal systems. The COO will drive improvement initiatives, coach and motivate teams, develop structural solutions to operational challenges, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners while supporting customer satisfaction. Over time, the role is expected to assume full responsibility for the organization. Candidates should have a higher education degree and at least five to eight years of relevant management experience, preferably in the construction sector. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and experience managing people across a broad range of responsibilities. Strong analytical skills are needed to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency, along with the ability to understand and interpret financial information, including budgets and profit-and-loss results. Clear, empathetic communication and a commitment to quality, service, and profitability are also important.
