Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work closely with the CEO, learn the organization’s operations, and lead improvements that support future growth. Responsibilities span production, logistics, sales, and project follow-up, including optimizing processes, inventory management, planning, technology, and the supply chain. The COO will drive improvement projects, develop solutions to operational challenges, and translate market opportunities and growth plans into effective operations. The role also includes coaching internal teams, maintaining relationships with key suppliers and partners, and supporting strong customer satisfaction, with the potential to assume overall leadership in the future. Candidates should have a higher education degree and at least five to eight years of relevant management experience; experience in construction is preferred. The role calls for an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with strong people-management skills, sound strategic judgment, and the ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities. Candidates should have an affinity for the construction sector and a commitment to quality and service. Clear, empathetic communication, the ability to identify operational bottlenecks, and comfort interpreting budgets and profit-and-loss figures are also important.
