This includes supervision over technology operational risk, cyber risk, and fraud risk. The role involves the development of tools and infrastructure to support fraud monitoring and prevention, as well as using advanced analytical and statistical skills to identify policy gaps and recommend changes. The Operational Risk Manager will also lead initiatives to improve operational risk management practices and ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
