The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the Western Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business development strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, and expanding market share across all service lines. This executive leadership role involves cultivating strategic relationships with brokers, carriers, corporations, associations, and risk management professionals, and positioning the company as the partner of choice. The role also includes developing and executing regional sales and growth strategies, establishing annual sales goals, and monitoring competitive activity to ensure a leading market position. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for those with a background in claims. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading national sales strategies, securing large regional accounts, and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong technical ability in all lines of insurance, exceptional executive presence, and advanced negotiation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, professional designations such as CIP, CRM, or FCIP, and a strong network within the Canadian insurer and broker community. The role demands a strategic leader with excellent communication, presentation, and influencing capabilities, who can work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment and is willing to travel regularly throughout Canada.
