Assistant Vice President of Operations Greater Cape Town, South Africa Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Operations to lead operational planning and execution. Responsibilities include developing capacity and staffing plans, negotiating client service agreements, implementing revenue and cost plans, and establishing performance review and reporting mechanisms. The role also oversees incentive plans, process improvement initiatives, attrition action plans, and compliance with internal and client requirements. The successful candidate will lead managers and operational teams, coordinate initiatives and budgets, monitor daily operations, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in business process offshoring, including three years in senior operations management or a head of operations role.
