Candidates for this position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or terminal degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of healthcare administrative experience, including at least 5 years in a management role. Strong communication, relationship-building, and change management skills are essential, as is a proven track record in healthcare planning, operations, and financial management.
