The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Business Analyst Manager, to lead production operations and ensure the stability, supportability, and operational readiness of business-critical applications. Responsibilities include directing incident, problem, and change management; overseeing monitoring, release readiness, disaster recovery exercises, and audit-ready documentation; and managing a distributed support team through coaching, coverage planning, and knowledge transfer. The role partners across technical and business teams, represents operations in governance forums, and communicates incidents, risks, and performance insights to senior leaders. It also drives operational reporting, root-cause analysis, documentation standards, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, at least seven years in technology operations, production support, or business analysis, and two or more years leading or mentoring a support team. Required qualifications include experience with ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change processes; hands-on ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring experience; working SQL proficiency; and strong Excel skills. Preferred experience includes financial services or regulated customer-facing applications, distributed teams, disaster recovery, and tools for documentation, monitoring, and work management. Clear executive communication, analytical rigor, calm decision-making, collaboration, and a commitment to developing team members are important.
