This role involves conducting feasibility studies, IT planning, and risk technology, as well as monitoring and controlling all phases of the development process. The AVP will also provide user and operational support, utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to analyze complex issues, and recommend and develop security measures to ensure the functionality of the systems. Applicants should have 5-8 years' of relevant experience, with a strong background in systems analysis and programming of software applications. The role requires the ability to manage and implement successful projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques, and the ability to consult with users and other technology groups on advanced programming solutions. The AVP will also be expected to serve as an advisor to junior analysts, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the definition of operating standards and processes.
