The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Physician Operations Support. This strategic role is pivotal in translating clinician and service line priorities into actionable plans, leading high-priority initiatives, and driving organizational accountability. The successful candidate will work closely with Chief Physician Officers and various enterprise functions to ensure the alignment and execution of strategic initiatives that advance the company's goals. Key responsibilities include strategic execution, program and project leadership, decision support and analytics, physician and service line coordination, executive communications, governance, and process improvement. The role demands a trusted advisor who can influence executive leaders, manage multiple priorities, and is proficient in strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, strategy, or related areas. The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive organizational change. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and data analysis tools is essential, and knowledge of healthcare delivery models and physician enterprise operations is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex initiatives, influencing executive leaders, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Advanced knowledge of physician compensation, workforce strategy, and experience in developing executive-level presentations are also highly valued.
