The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling day-to-day operations, partnering with senior leadership to translate strategy into operational plans, and driving growth through efficient operations. Key responsibilities for the COO include developing and executing operational strategies, owning and improving core operational processes, leading and mentoring various teams, overseeing the implementation and adoption of Salesforce, and managing lead generation and retention programs. The role also involves vendor management, establishing operational metrics, and driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive operations leadership experience, with a preference for those who have held a COO, Head of Operations, or VP-level role. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce administration, creating and enforcing SOPs, and experience in managing or partnering with an MSO or shared services organization. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a data-driven mindset and the ability to use KPIs and analytics to drive decisions. The role demands a professional who is comfortable in fast-growing, ambiguous environments and can lead change initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
