Vice President, Enterprise Reporting Lead

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Reporting Lead to join their dynamic Technology Solutions Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of internal and external resources to deliver scalable, governed, and production-ready enterprise reporting solutions, with a primary focus on Power BI. This role requires a leader who can operationalize the enterprise report development model, ensuring the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions that align with data governance standards and promote consistent enterprise data usage. The VP will also be tasked with driving innovation in analytical report deliverables, modernizing reporting solutions, and maintaining report development standards. Team management, including mentoring and developing report developers, is a key aspect of the position. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in enterprise reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence delivery, preferably within financial services or asset management. The role demands a proven track record in managing and developing reporting or analytics teams, as well as technical leadership in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences, and a self-motivated, results-oriented approach are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of enterprise reporting architecture, development standards, and governance frameworks, and experience in driving process improvement and automation within analytics or reporting environments.
