Vice President of Quality Improvement & Monitoring

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality Improvement and Monitoring to serve as a key intra-agency liaison, ensuring the highest standards of compliance with certification and licensing rules and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing programmatic technical assistance and training, as well as actively participating in the development of operational goals and objectives related to service authorization, implementation, and billing processes. This role involves direct support for the acquisition of agreements with HMOs and private insurance companies, as well as maintaining accountability for the design of services in relation to funding sources and regulatory requirements. The Vice President will also oversee the MSW Student Intern Program, conduct internal audits, and provide clinical support to various teams. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in social work, public health, or a related human services field, with at least 10 years of professional experience in human services, including a minimum of 5 years in administrative, quality improvement, or related program supervision. A professional clinical license is preferred, along with experience in medical records and billing. The role requires a strong understanding of federal, state, and local guidelines, particularly those related to the Affordable Care Act and managed care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience in training and development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems is also necessary.
