The Company is in search of a President who will also take on the role of Integrator within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. This is a hands-on, high-execution position that requires the successful candidate to work closely with the owner to translate vision into reality. The President will be responsible for EOS integration and leadership, operational excellence, and financial and strategic oversight. Key duties include partnering with the Visionary to develop and implement actionable strategies, leading the Leadership Team in disciplined meetings, and ensuring the company is meeting its performance targets. The role also involves overseeing the product lifecycle, optimizing supply chain relationships, and managing budgets and financial reporting. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership position within eCommerce, wholesale, or manufacturing, with a strong preference for those who have worked in an EOS environment. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving. A deep understanding of the dynamics of a family-owned business and the ability to navigate them with professionalism is essential. The President will be expected to be actively involved in all aspects of the business, from the warehouse to data analysis, and to ensure that the company's operations are scalable and efficient.
