Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic and operational leadership for its multi-site healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the Board of Directors, medical staff, executive leadership team, employees, and community stakeholders. Key areas of focus include advancing the company's mission, financial stewardship, physician recruitment strategy, quality agenda, and long-term growth plans. The CEO will also be tasked with maintaining the organization's strong financial position, advancing leadership development, and ensuring the continued advancement of clinical services to meet the future healthcare needs of the communities served. The ideal CEO for the company will be an accomplished healthcare executive with a proven track record in leading complex, multi-site healthcare organizations. Experience in rural healthcare, community hospitals, and physician enterprise leadership is essential. The candidate should have a minimum of five years of senior executive leadership experience within a similar healthcare setting and a commitment to active community involvement. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and familiarity with DNV accreditation standards. The role requires a leader who can balance disciplined stewardship with strategic investment and innovation, and who is adept at strengthening physician engagement, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.
