The Company is seeking a General Counsel to serve as a key strategic advisor, providing legal leadership across all facets of its commercial real estate business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, while also managing a wide range of legal matters including real estate transactions, financing, development, construction, leasing, and corporate governance. This role requires a seasoned professional with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school, a minimum of 10 years' legal experience, and a strong background in commercial real estate law. The General Counsel will also be involved in joint ventures, business transactions, and will oversee litigation and dispute resolution. Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should possess exceptional commercial real estate transactional expertise, advanced contract drafting and negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of construction and development law.
