Managing Partner Greater Cleveland, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Partner to lead the successful and profitable operation of a restaurant. Responsibilities include building and developing strong teams through recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching; directing managers and assigning responsibilities; and overseeing schedules, inventories, budgets, and profit-and-loss performance. The Managing Partner will maintain training and cleanliness standards, ensure safe food-handling practices, and serve as the primary liaison for vendors and internal contacts. The role also involves participating in regular regional meetings. Candidates should have at least five years of experience as a General Manager or in a more senior role, along with hands-on experience across front- and back-of-house operations. Required qualifications include applicable state alcohol-server and manager food-safety certifications. Full-service dining experience is an advantage, as is experience with a scratch kitchen; bilingual English and Spanish skills are also preferred. The role requires the ability to handle objects weighing up to 40 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stretch, twist, and reach for extended periods.
