The Company is seeking an SVP, Equipment Finance Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing end-user-based equipment finance and lease transactions within a specific territory. This role requires a strong focus on the middle market and small corporate sectors, with an emphasis on manufacturing, retail, wholesale, transportation, healthcare, technology, food and beverage, and service industries. The SVP will be expected to manage a territory of approximately $45MM, with a target market including companies with revenue sizes ranging from $10MM to $2B. Key responsibilities include territory management, direct solicitation of companies, and maintaining a client management system. The role demands a high level of proficiency in credit analysis, as well as the ability to structure transactions in line with product offerings and pricing guidelines. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, and a minimum of 6 years' experience in the equipment leasing industry with a focus on end-user relationships. Strong selling, training, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to travel within the territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in structuring and selling true lease transactions, and be adept at developing collaborative business relationships. Proficiency in financial and credit analysis, as well as a solid background in selling tax and non-tax related products, is required. The role also demands excellent time management, computer skills, and effective communication abilities.
