The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Incident & Problem Manager to join their Production Services Governance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in enterprise incident, availability, and problem management processes, ensuring alignment with company policies, standards, and regulatory expectations. This role requires a focus on strengthening governance controls, quality standards, and performance management routines within the relevant management systems. The SVP will also provide oversight of incident, problem, and availability risk trends, and work closely with engineering, risk, audit, compliance, and technology leadership to identify and remediate control gaps. To be successful in this position, candidates must have advanced knowledge of relevant management systems, at least 12 years of experience in technology operations, and deep expertise in incident, problem, and availability management. The role demands a strong understanding of operational risk, control design, and testing, as well as the ability to influence senior technology leaders and drive enterprise-wide process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and managing governance frameworks, control programs, and regulatory or risk management requirements. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
