The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President and General Manager for its Residential and Wiring Devices Division. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a significant P&L, with a focus on driving the division's strategic plan in manufacturing, business development, sales performance, market development, product development, and customer management. This role demands a highly visible and critical champion for organic growth, particularly in the digital and energy transition space. The SVP-GM will be responsible for full P&L oversight, achieving profit plans, leading strategic alliances, and building and leading the manufacturing strategy. Additionally, the role requires a leader who can identify and develop future business growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions, and who is committed to a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
