The Company is seeking a Regional Managing Director for its Data Center Community. This externally facing leadership role is pivotal in earning and sustaining trust within the local and regional communities. The successful candidate will be the chief spokesperson and local community leader, responsible for transparent communications, public engagement, and representing the company with various stakeholders, including civic leaders, elected officials, business organizations, education and workforce partners, nonprofits, and the media. The role demands a high-visibility presence and a commitment to the long-term community benefit, with a focus on local trust and transparent communications. Applicants must have a Master's degree and at least 6 years' of work experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropies, corporate affairs, government affairs, business and international development, or a related area, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years' of experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading high-visibility community engagement, serving as a public spokesperson, and managing a regional team. Experience in a complex, high-visibility environment, such as data centers, infrastructure, energy, or technology, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local economic development issues, and experience in designing community investment strategies, and managing budgets for community engagement programs. The role also demands the ability to work effectively across large, matrixed organizations and to coordinate with various internal teams to ensure a unified and accountable approach to community engagement.
