Vice President, Data Center Operations Remote (anywhere in United States) + 1 more

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data Center Operations to lead the performance, reliability, scalability, and operational readiness of its data center portfolio. Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, critical facilities, maintenance, incident management, safety, workforce planning, vendor performance, and continuous improvement across multiple locations. The role will establish consistent operating standards, lead readiness and turnover for new facilities, and ensure reliable operations for high-density computing environments. The executive will also manage operational budgets and KPIs, support customer escalations, and partner with construction, engineering, quality, and cloud operations teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They must bring at least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in data center operations or critical facilities, including seven or more years in senior leadership. Required experience includes leading multi-site operations, launching facilities and transitioning them into production, and supporting customer-facing environments with demanding uptime requirements. Hands-on experience with hyperscale, colocation, cloud, HPC, or AI/GPU facilities—including liquid-cooled, high-density environments—is also required.
