The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering iconic digital products that are simple, intuitive, and exceptionally well-designed. This role involves working across the full spectrum of UX and UI design, from research to prototyping, and ensuring that the final implementation meets the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include synthesizing issues, defining product strategies, conceptualizing product experiences, and designing high-quality interfaces across various digital platforms. The VP will also be expected to stay abreast of real-world usage to continuously improve the user experience and to apply generative and agentic AI in the design process. Applicants for the VP, User Experience Design position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in UX, interaction design, experience design, or design research, and hold a degree in a relevant discipline. A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and exceptional UI craft is essential.
